As we close out our celebration, we present our fourth community highlight for the A. Rose NFP Black History Month Community Spotlight Campaign, Dr. Brittny A. James, DrPH, CHES, CPHQ!

Dr. Brittny James is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Healthcare & Emergency Solutions (HCES). Established in 2021, HCES is a consulting firm specializing in strategic staffing, evaluation, and management for the health and human services and emergency management industries. Dr. James has a strong background in public health research, management, and practice, with expertise in analyzing complex systems and their impact on policy and practice. Recognized for her innovative instructional methods and research designs, she has contributed significantly to advancing education and healthcare studies.
